OK, that slug has a taint of adolescent humor, but unfortunately it’s true. The N&R reports:
A registered sex offender accused of being on Joyner Elementary School’s campus more than 30 times this year was caught after he exposed himself to a parent, police say.
Jerry Fitzgerald Dick, 45, of 1724-B Springmont Drive, was arrested Wednesday night and charged with 32 counts of being on school property as a registered sex offender and one count of indecent exposure.
Police were tipped off when a parent notified the department Dec. 3 that a man in a vehicle exposed himself to her near the school, at 3300 Normandy Drive.
What strikes me is the way Dick’s girlfriend and aunt appear very nonchalant about his behavior.
