• Primary results are in! Carolina Journal’s wrap-up is here, and will be updated throughout the day as more results come in.

• Embattled New Hanover County Commissioner Brian Berger may (or may not) have jumped into two Republican primaries. A robo-call appearing to be from Berger endorsed fellow county commissioner Woody White in the 7th Congressional District and attorney Mike Lee in the 9th Senate District. White lost to former state Sen. David Rouzer. Lee won. Berger denied any connection to the calls.

• Local issues were on the ballot, too, including sales tax and alcohol measures in several counties. Check out Carolina Journal Online this afternoon for a recap.

• State Sen. Bill Rabon, R-Brunswick, did not have a primary opponent, but he made news last weekend. Rabon, who attended a Sunday Wilmington rally backing film incentives, was cited for “failure to see before backing” after his vehicle hit a car in a restaurant parking lot and then left the scene. Rabon said he may have been drinking. Police say they will drop the citation if minor damages to the other car are repaired.
