WSJS reports:

A number of public transportation systems in the Triad will be among 13 across the state to benefit from over $38-million awarded by the state transportation board. Greensboro will be getting nearly $2.6 million for land purchase and design for a new administration and maintenance facility and two expansion buses. Winston-Salem will receive $3.5 million for eight replacement hybrid buses and one diesel bus. And the Piedmont Authority for Regional transportation $3 million dollars for six expansion buses and a half dozen park and ride lots.
