Collins & Aikman, the textile outfit last seen making a $36 million “computational error” in claiming North Carolina tax credits, has now decided to shutter four plants in the state.
Guess this means that in the winner-picking economic development biz the Collins & Aikman gambit counts as a loss. Maybe. Roll again!
