Rep. Pricey Harrison is co-sponsor of House Bill 62:

If passed into law, the Department of Correction would be required to conduct a study of its “aging inmate population and evaluate the resources and facilities that will be necessary to deal with the health care, program needs, and adaptive device needs of those inmates and shall determine the desirability of establishing specialized facilities for geriatric inmates, in order to address the physical, nutritional, health care, psychological, and social needs of these older inmates.”
