Unsold condos in the West End Village at Fourth development will be auctioned off. As you can imagine, current residents are concerned about the effect the auction will have on their property values.

Downtown Winston-Salem Partnership president Jason Thiel paints an optimistic picture —- that’s what he’s paid to do —– saying that once the suburban home market picks up, people will be rushing to live downtown.
