When it comes to online transparency in government operations, Durham County beats Orange according to data now available on JLF’s new Web site www.nctransparency.com. Durham scored a “B” while Orange scored a “C.”
The site includes scores and links to state agencies, school districts, counties, cities, and towns. JLF’s Joe Coletti discusses the new effort in this interview.
