I swear he must have been talking about Durham when he used the phrase “surviving the parole and recidivism orgy of our failed court systems.” He’s talking about the DC gun ban and makes the point that “keep and bear arms” means keep (it’s mine and you can’t take it) and bear (I’ve got it right here, not disassembled in a closet or locked with a padlock somewhere).
