Am I the only one who remembers that Lindbrook Development Corp. received economic incentives from the City of Greensboro to construct the building that housed Bin 33, which closed last week and is being replaced by Ham’s Restaurant, which does not have a good reputation in this city despite the brand name?
Yeah, I realize the hed’s somewhat misleading, but we’re talking degrees of separation here. Bottom line is the restaurant business is tough for anyone, let alone city government.
