- assist in planning and facilitating restorative conversations with students, parents, and staff
- provide communication to staff regarding issues of student discord
- plan home visits with staff members
- institute re-entry procedures for students returning from suspension, alternative school or extended absences
- revise existing “circle” procedures
- create and monitor student support plans
- real-time de-escalation coaching for students and staff
