The Macon County Board of Education joined other boards in suing the state for its appropriation of $10 million for school vouchers in the 2014-2015 school year. Clearly, the complaint is over money, but everybody is arguing it’s for the children. In other words, if we get the money, the outcomes will be better, and here are some whipped-up certifications and numbers to prove it.

By, dare I say, contrast, the Haywood County Board of Education is begging time for due diligence, a move I commend, both in terms of education and leadership.
