This morning, WPTF’s Kevin Miller interviewed Johnston County Superintendent Dr. Anthony Parker. Dr. Parker contended that the county has done a good job of planning for growth, but also mentioned that the district’s school construction and renovation program is 18 to 24 months behind schedule.
