We all love free speech zones, and can’t wait until each city has a 3’x3’ plot where all rights can be contained. Until that euphoric day, Amos Rothstein, who was one protester pushed out of sight and out of mind from the vice president’s appearance, summed up why government must be careful in allowing rights:
Free speech is a really terrible thing to have so close to someone in power. It’s a scary thing.
