Gun rights. Abortion restrictions. Federal executions. This term, the U.S. Supreme Court has already heard arguments over some of the most consequential issues of our time. In this conversation, we’ll talk with legal experts about key cases and how the questions at issue can be informed by the U.S. Constitution. We’ll get perspective on what we can glean from the questions posed and comments made by the justices during oral argument. We’ll also discuss the decision by the high court to hear North Carolina’s voter ID case, and President Biden’s proposed vaccine mandate on private businesses with more than 100 workers.
