The NYTimes also features today a story about how many natural history museums in the country are training their personnel to refute creationists, who tour their exhibits and challenge the evolutionist presuppositions. Curators and staff are provided a script and talking points to defend the museums’ science and theories.

Several years ago, when I was editor of the Christian newspaper The Triad World (now defunct), I toured Greensboro’s science museum with two creationists. We did not engage any staffers on the many evolution-drenched exhibits, but I learned a lot about the debate anyway.
