Ruffin Poole is due back in federal court this afternoon. The hearing may resolve the case against Poole since he’s reportedly reached a plea agreement with prosecutors.
Poole’s trial initially was set for May 3, exactly two weeks from today. In early April, he pleaded not guilty to all 57 corruption counts against him.
