Less than a week after teacher Amy Yarbrough was sentenced to two years in prison for having sex with a student in her classroom, a woman who accused principal Dan Piggott of sexual assault has settled her lawsuit:

In the lawsuit, the woman alleged that Piggott physically assaulted her and verbally harassed her by making such sexual comments as telling her that she would be good in bed. The lawsuit also said that school officials knew, or should have known, about Piggott’s conduct, and that school officials are liable under a legal doctrine that an employer can be responsible for the actions of an employee.

Piggott pleaded guilty last year to charges that he groped and fondled the plaintiff and another female employee and was sentenced to 24 months of supervised probation.

I guess there was some learning going on Atkins.
