Go up and down Wendover Avenue who knows how many times every day, although it’s never at 2 a.m.
Police report 22-year-old Louis Miner was driving west in the eastbound lanes of Wendover before the head-on crash with 21-year-old Alan Stewart. Both drivers and Stewart’s passenger were killed.
