The hearing has been delayed until May to allow the newly appointed prosecutors to become acquainted with the case, according to WPTF-AM’s 3:30 p.m. news report. Haven’t these guys been reading the newspapers?
UPDATE: WRAL says the hearing has been postponed indefinitely and all scheduling and motions have been stayed until May 7.
