An article in the local daily suggests all the urban development going on in the River Arts District is transformational all right. It is leading to gentrification, which is sprawling artists out to the burbs.
On a peripheral subject, the article mentions the city’s need for a dance studio. If you don’t feel the sense of urgency, consider this. I’m just happy it wasn’t me doing something like this for a change.
