Why doesn’t Obama’s “pay czar” put federal workers on a pay freeze at least?
The Obama regime is driving home a point that too few Americans previously understood, namely that we have a large and increasing class of tax-consuming government employees who are living high on the hog at the expense of everyone else. Maybe the wild excesses of 2009 will lead voters to favor candidates who call for severe downsizing of government, not merely slowing the rate of growth.
