Five bucks to park at Dash stadium?

The Winston-Salem Dash is considering a $5 parking fee in lots around the new taxpayer-funded stadium, with proceeds going to charitable organizations.

For comparison’s sake, I live within walking distance of New Bridge Bank Park here in G’boro, so I have no parking issues. But I do see charitable organizations manning lots around the stadium and —-as far as I can tell —- they’re charging $2-$3 bucks.

And Greensboro residents aren’t already paying for the stadium itself.
