For those who still think the blogosphere is a passing fad having nothing to do with anything important and having no impact on the body politic or the body media, think again.

In what other era would a bad headline on a New York Times story 1) even be acknowledged, 2) be corrected at all, 3) be corrected on the SAME DAY that a blogger notified the Times’ public editor of the error/bias?
