When Jack Boston became ill in 2006, my husband Rick and I filled in for him for several months on WPTF’s North Carolina’s Morning News. Jack fought hard against his leukemia and was always positive. Unfortunately, he developed an infection following a bone marrow transplant and passed away over the weekend.
I will remember his huge smile and his enduring love for his family.
