So much for Rupert Murdoch being invincible. FOX Business is on its way to the dustbin as the network looks to simulcast the Don Imus radio show. As Henry Blodget points out, 6-9am is primetime for market news. If FOX Business is kissing that off, it is really saying there is no market for its business news product.

Even if the channel survives as a stand-alone outlet it would not be as a competitor to CNBC in the biz news space. It would just be another forum for screaming hydra-headed gasbags. What is truly fascinating is that there appears to be an unlimited appetite for such fare.
