The Journal says a little friction is healthy:

Supporters of the Heart of the Triad are encountering considerable friction as they try to advance their plan for ensuring orderly growth. That friction is healthy – if the planners will listen to their critics, learn from them and get them involved in the planning process.

…..The Heart of the Triad is an attempt to be proactive rather than reactive as such development happens. But it won’t succeed without the support of landowners and area leaders. Organizers of this plan need to work harder to get them involved.

Airport authority chairman Henry Isaacson hopes HOT will bring more carriers to PTIA. For now, he’ll keep hoping.
