My former advisor (and all-around good guy) Professor Craig Newmark found this
article about how Wal-Mart responded more effectively than FEMA after
hurricane Katrina. For the record, I’d vote for WEMA as well.
But
does the CEO of Wal-Mart really share a hotel room with the CFO when
they travel? That part (at the end) was hard to believe.
