The latest snapshot from Gallup’s national poll of registered voters shows the presidential race a toss-up, at 47% each, if the race is between President Obama and former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney. When Gallup looked at 12 swing states, including North Carolina, Romney beats Obama, 47% to 46%.
