So what else is new, right? Here is the latest in the long line of opinion lines that inch their way into “news” articles. This from today’s News and Observer where the author writes:
It’s unlikely that Vickers’ report or the response it triggers will settle much in the ongoing slugfest between the Pope Center and the people involved in university programs that traditionally attract liberal thinkers. It’s almost certain, however, to mark another volley between the two sides.
Oh geez! I didn’t know public policy debates were “slugfests.” If I had known, I would have brought my old wrestling gear from junior high and high school with me to work, if I still have it around.
