It wasn’t exactly a pencil-whip — council members Tony Wilkins, Nancy Vaughan and Marikay Abuzuaiter voted against giving the Nussbaum Center for Entrepreneurship more time on the $1.2 million loan to relocate to its new building on South Elm-Eugene Street.
But there wasn’t very much discussion, save for Vaughan’s questions regarding one of the center’s tenants –the U.S. division of an Italian furniture company.
