The N&R reports the Greensboro City council has its eye on six pieces of land for the proposed downtown performing arts center.
The properties are at the corner of Elm and Lindsay streets, with Summit Avenue bringing up the rear. Projected cost is $7.8 million. The council will vote on the purchase at its Aug. 20 meeting.
