That’s what U.S. Rep. G.K. Butterfield is telling constituents, expecting the passage of a
massive, infrastructure-driven “economic stimulus” package during
the third week of January:
U.S. Rep. G.K. Butterfield, D-N.C., urged local government
officials Monday to have their requests for infrastructure
funding ready when the new Congress convenes in early
January….Towns and counties that already have their projects planned
are more likely to have their funding requests approved,
Butterfield said.?If you have your project ready to go, the more likely you
will get funded,? he said.
