Lindalyn, as usual, is out and about.  She spoke with the Crescent Republican Women’s Group in Granite Quarry, NC.  She gave an overview of the Alliance, jumped right into student achievement in the state, the wonders of merit pay, school funding, and of course, the marvels of choice. She also spoke to the Greensboro Rotary club. If you’re wondering about what the  average listener might hear at one of these events, here’s a Power Point example. Lindalyn also interviewed with Lockwood Phillips to discuss the importance of homework and whether or not children spend too much time doing it. After spending time with General Thomas McInerney at our Asheville event, Chad Adams stayed in the mountains a bit more — just enough to spread McInerney’s message about the dangers of Islamofascism to Matt Mittan’s usual audience. And for dinner? Chad took the hybrid to Mitchell County where he spoke to interested individuals about the potential hazards of zoning, performance management, and the impact that citizen activism can have on elections and issues at the local level.
