This week Lindalyn Kakadelis participated in the Education Policy Fellowship Program sponsored by the Public School Forum. She presented NCEA’s goals and mission to representatives from public schools, human service agencies, nonprofit groups, and community colleges. Meantime, a recent Enquirer-Journal story about legislative efforts to remove the state’s cap on charter schools included Kakadelis’ comments about the need for choice and the importance of empowering parents.
