The author of this NRO piece today notes that global warming was predicted to cause 2007 to be an unusally intense year for hurricanes. Now that the hurricane season is over and it proved to be an unusually placid year for hurricanes, the alarmists are saying it’s due to, naturally, global warming.
We’re dealing with a theory that is used to explain everything. That’s not the way science works.
