Gravitational force has been a mystery to science probably even before Newton quantified it. Newton Mechanics, utilizing the quantification of gravity, helps to explain simple motion in current time. But at both the micro and macro levels, Newtonian mechanics breaks apart. Quantum physics and Einstein’s theories, specifically his GTR tell us as much.

Einstein was big on TOE, or the Theory of Everything, a unifying theory that would pull the forces of nature together, electromagnetic, strong and weak nuclear, and gravitational force. All these forces, interconnected at the micro level could be a great explanation for what happens at the macro, so the theory goes. So far, this has not been done.

But, maybe that’s because we haven’t been looking at the right ‘force’. We’ve got gravity all wrong. Intelligent Design proponents have found a new rail car to affix to their faith-based locomotion, Intelligent Falling. Yes, it’s God’s will that we fall. And because we haven’t found what exactly the force of gravity is, we should fill in that gap with God.
