Michael Decker says he was beset by health problems as a result of conspiring with Jim Black to defraud the people of the North Carolina. Don’t know if that was the Almighty or the FBI at work, but it is clear from this new interview that Decker was not really cut out to be a big time criminal.
Jim Black, not so much. Decker has cooperated with prosecutors, Jim Black not at all.
Then again, Jim Black has a secret legal defense trust fund into which the unindicted co-conspirators he protects can pour cash into in order to buy his silence. Decker does not.
