Read what went on at the meeting and it really drives home the fact that nobody has a clue about what to do about school discipline issues. Students with discipline problems and gang ties disrupt school for other students; kick them out of school and they shoot each other in the streets. They can’t even lock up the guys who shot the four teenagers over the last month because the cops can’t find them. They’ve been too busy dodging their share of metal.
