All this blog talk about how Bush has made a disastrous unforced error, has nominated a crony with no judicial experience, and who gave money to Gore in 1988 (hey, in 1988 I was a Dem too), has sold out the movement, is just a warmed-over George H.W., that Democratic reaction is alarmingly too quiet,
is disturbing. Whatever happened to 1) having a little faith, 2)
waiting and seeing, and 3) supporting the President? Hugh Hewitt is one
of the few with an other than hysterical reaction from the right. As I read them, the gist of these jabs is that your
person was not chosen. Well, that’s not enough to begin writing off all
the gains made during the Reagan-Gingrich-Bush II revolution. Grow up,
people!
