While looking through the results of Super Tuesday, i began to check and see which states Clinton or Obama would actually need to win the seat as the Democratic nominee. It sparked my interest when i noticed that Guam, a country off the coast of Southeast Asian held 9 delegates for the Republican Primary.

Guam is an organized unincorporated territory that has been under that United States control since the Spanish American War. Considering that they are on the other side of the world may cause a problem in a skewed vote. Although it can not present that much of a problem considering it has only 9 delegates.
