Joseph Harris was the Fiscal Policy Analyst for the John Locke Foundation. He previously worked in education, teaching Economics and Public Policy courses at numerous colleges in North Carolina.
Joseph graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW) with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He also earned a Master of Public Administration at UNCW and a Master of Science in Economics from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida.
