Mitch Rolling is a policy analyst at Center of the American Experiment. Mitch builds the models used for calculating electricity costs in states across the country.
Mitch graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in history and Jewish studies. While attending, he wrote for a school newspaper, gaining nationwide coverage for his reporting on college campus issues.
