Raphael Siary is excited to join the Locke team as a video producer where he currently works on the development and production of Locke’s serial video productions. He grew up in North Carolina and is happy to be able to apply his skills to the critical mission of the John Locke Foundation. Early in his career, Raphael trained as an actor at the prestigious Stella Adler Conservatory in New York City and he still enjoys performing and teaching the craft. Raphael enjoys being outdoors, exercising, and spending time with his daughter.
