Shamike Bethea is a native of Fayetteville, North Carolina and a Veteran of the United States Army. She is a motivated visionary that is highly skilled in administration and innovation. Her collective experience includes approximately 20 years of working with profit, nonprofit, government, and private organizations.

Formerly the Blexit North Carolina Outreach & Partnership Director, she currently serves as the 2nd Vice-Chair of Cumberland County GOP, the Outreach Coordinator for the Frederick Douglass Foundation of North Carolina, on NCGOP Black Conservative Voices as a board member, Cumberland County Republican Women’s Club member, and Fayetteville Republican Women’s Club associate member.

Shamike specializes in the initiation, development, and growth of organizations via strategic planning, training and development, teambuilding, and other organizational development functions. Her formal education consists of a Masters degree in Human Resources Management, a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, a Project Management Certificate, and a Diploma in Acquisitions from Veterans Affairs Acquisition Academy. Currently, she is in the research dissertation phase of her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, concentration Organizational Psychology.
