Guilford County commissioners will once again vote on the proposed downtown Greensboro luxury hotel that would be financed with federal stimulus bonds.

Commission chairman Skip Alston, who brokered the land deal, will recuse himself, while commissioners Billy Yow and Kirk Perkins expressed skepticism about the project’s viability. But there’s little doubt it will be approved.
