We all know how Gov. Bev Perdue —and her predecessor Mike Easley, for that matter —loved to be in front of the cameras for press events announcing the creation of new jobs, especially if it involved economic incentives.
Except when those jobs are created through the efforts of a company the state is doing its best to drive off.
