Kay Hagan will be in Charlotte tomorrow to “talk about her plan to ensure that all Americans have an equal opportunity to attend good schools, earn a solid living, and be treated with dignity and respect.”
I’m curious to know how Hagan thinks government can ensure that people be treated with dignity and respect.
