The Rhino’s John Hammer keeps it up, since not many people, the Greensboro City Council included, want to talk about the $205 million in bonds on the November ballot.
Unfortunately, Hammer’s mantra only reminds us of the sad truth:
To say that these bonds were done haphazardly and at the last minute would be to imply that more time and preparation went into the bonds than actually did.
Something to keep in mind come November. That’s my mantra.
