Notice that Kay Hagan is slamming Elizabeth Dole for her role in the financial collapse —- or lack thereof.

Interesting quote the Hagan campaign pulls from former Republican Congress Mike Oxley to once again link Dole with Bush, though it seems like it’s stretching a bit:

Oxley, who chaired the House Financial Services Committee at the time, blamed the lack of oversight at Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae on “ideologues within the White House,” according to the Financial Times.
