The veracity of Michael Harvey’s explanation of Valerie Hamilton’s death will stand or fail with the toxicology report. For the now the baffling mystery is CMPD’s press releases on the case, full of oblique references to “evidence” and “witnesses” but free of any actual facts.

It is almost like CMPD saw that the case was getting national attention and figured they better lob a few releases on the fire even if they do not really say anything. Specifically, CMPD says Harvey did not seek “professional” medical attention for Hamilton after witnesses urged him to do so.

Where? A the bar? At his house? At a motel? In the middle of street? When? Did these pleas come before or after the 3am phone call Hamilton made to a friend, telling the friend to come join the party in a hot tub?

Odd.
